  1. CORRESPONDENCE

The invoice for the 2004 Norwich Lecture has been received.  Nick Hills is to write to Carters requesting the sponsorship payment for this.

The administration assistant has written to the Treasurer asking for an increase in pay.  The Treasurer is to calculate an inflationary increase.

The administration assistant had received an email asking whether the newsletter could be circulated in pdf format.  It was agreed that this would not be beneficial to the sponsors and that recipients are more likely to read a hard copy than a downloadable version.
