REPORT OF THE MEETING ON MONDAY 12th JULY
There
were ten members present.
Minutes
of the meeting dated 14th June were accepted as a true record.
There were no matters arising.

Income and Expenditure Account schedules were distributed
The
newsletter has been distributed and thanks were extended to Philip Durban for a
superb newsletter.
Steven
Phillips has resigned as Student Representative. Ruth Brennan volunteered to take on this role in addition to that
of BIAT representative.
It
was agreed that a member of the RTPI should be invited to sit on Council
The
NAJCC Annual Meeting will be held on 22nd July.
Mike
Innes advised the meeting that a basic approach has been agreed and will be
presented to the public on 13th July. A planning application is proposed for early August with work on
site commencing January 2005.
A new approach to the exhibition was presented to the meeting and David Ford will be emailing members soon.
Arrangements
for the 2005 AGM were discussed and plans are being made.
Sir
Nicholas Grimshaw has been confirmed as the speaker for the 2004 Lecture.
Ideas
for raising funds for the ABS were discussed with some ideas put forward.
