REPORT OF THE MEETING ON
1. PRESENT
There were eleven members present.
2.
ACCOUNTS
Income and Expenditure schedules were circulated. There has been little activity.
3.
NEWSLETTER
Almost ready for proof reading.
4.
REGIONAL COUNCIL
David Thompson will attend a Regional Council meeting on 20th March and a copy of his notes will be attached to the full minutes.
Complaints had been received from members that Planning Officers were not always qualified to deal with their workload. DT will take back a message to Regional Council that NAA are keen to see a Planning Group set up within Region to address these concerns.
5. NAA REPRESENTATIVES
Tony Cleary has been judging the RIBA awards together with Jim Durrant and Professor Ken Agnew.
Kathy Thurman circulated minutes of the last CIC meeting together with a paper titled Work with Schools.
6.
EXHIBITION
David Ford has written an article for the newsletter asking for expressions of interest.
7.
CRAFTSMANSHIP AWARDS
The dinner is on 23rd April and tickets are available from the NCB. The entries have been judged. David Ford advised that not all contractors had received nomination papers.

Michael Innes’ talk on City Hall will take place on 3rd May at the Assembly Rooms. (To be changed due to election day.)
