Income and Expenditure schedules were distributed. The accounts for the year ended 31st December 2004 were approved and it was agreed that a donation of £250 be given to ABS.
4. NEWSLETTER
Katie Longwill of LSI Architects has volunteered to assist Philip Durban with the newsletter.
5. CPD
It is hoped to organise a CPD event with TRADA in October.
Judging of these awards has been delayed due to the lack of a Specialist Craft judge. Judging is to go ahead without such input.
7. AGM 2005 – 5th May
A resolution will be tabled at the AGM to incorporate an RTPI member onto Council. There are still vacancies for a Public Relations Officer and one architect on the Council.
8. EXHIBITION AND POSTER
It is hoped the poster will be available at the AGM.
9. ARCHITECTURE WEEK – 17th to 26th June
The organisation of several events is ongoing. There was a total lack of response to suggestions for speakers on buildings and their interiors.
10. HOUSING DEBATE
Arrangements for this debate are on going.
11. TSUNAMI/AFRICA RELIEF COMPETITION
After further research it was agreed that this would be too big a project for the NAA to take on.
12. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
Philip Durban suggested putting a register of recently completed buildings on the website with photos and names of contractors and architects. There would be charge to the contractor for this.
David Ford is attending a careers convention organised by RIBA East on 17th May.

The next meeting will be held on Monday 11th April 2005
