were nine members present.
The Architecture Week talk by Matthew Wood was
cancelled due to lack of attendance.
Income and Expenditure schedules were distributed. Approximately £80 VAT will be reclaimed in this quarter.
4. NEWSLETTER
The Summer issue awaiting copy from contributors.
5. REGIONAL COUNCIL
David Thompson attended the RIBA
National AGM in
6. CPD
The TRADA event will be held on 6th October.
Tony Cleary was given the go ahead to organise a Carbon Emissions seminar.
John Clarke is now working with David Ford on this and a list of possible venues for the exhibition has been drawn up. The poster needs amending.
8. NORFOLK BUILDINGS REGISTER
Philip Durban was not at the meeting and will email Council members with costings. www.norfolkbuildings.co.uk.

An invitation has been sent to Norman Foster to talk at the 2005 lecture. A response is awaited.
10. VACANCIES
There are still vacancies for Hon Secretary, BIAT representative, Student representative and vice president.
11. CRAFTSMANSHIP AWARDS
It was reported that next year’s Builders’ Supper will be held on Monday 24th April and that the awards will be announced at the Supper instead of beforehand. The cost of entry will increase to £50 plus VAT. A Chair for the judging panel needs to be appointed.
12. ARCHITECTS BENEVOLENT SOCIETY
NAA is to write to ABS to advise that the NAA donation was not mentioned in their list of donations.
