REPORT OF THE MEETING ON
There
were seven members present.
Income and Expenditure schedules were circulated. £2000 has been put on deposit.
3. NEWSLETTER
Philip Durban was given the go-ahead to work towards an agreement with East Publishing to produce the newsletter.
4. NFCI
A replacement NFCI representative is being sought.
5. NAJCC
David Ford is the new Chair of NAJCC.
6. CPD
An email has been sent to all Norfolk Members asking for possible interest in the media event.
The Green Register is hosting a Green Planning Seminar at Norwich City Council on 18th May.
No progress has been made on the Poster. David Ford expressed the view that the exhibition boards are too heavy to transport. It was suggested moving towards a video exhibition.
8. VACANCIES
There is still a vacancy for Hon Secretary.
9. CRAFTSMANSHIP AWARDS
Judging will take place over the next couple of weeks.
10. AGM
The AGM will take place on Thursday 18th May at the Cathedral Refectory. David Littlefield of Building Design will be the speaker. Chalcroft Construction have agreed to sponsor the event.
11. ARCHITECTURE WEEK – 16th to 25th JUNE
Robin Snell will talk about the Whitlingham Water Bird at Whitlingham on 22nd June during the evening.
Durban Associates and McArthur Tring are jointly organising a family AW trail.
