REPORT OF MEETING ON MONDAY 6^th APRIL 2009

1. PRESENT

There were eleven members present

2. ACCOUNTS

Eastern Region will be considering applications for funding at the end of April.

3. REGIONAL MEETING

Michael Innes attending the meeting on 12^th March where Anna Marshall gave an account of the lobbying of Parliament by RIBA.

4. WEDNESDAY FORUM

The next Forum is on Planning and Targets on 6^th May.

5. AGM – King of Hearts – 14^th May 2009

Ruth Reed will give a talk at the AGM

6. FESTIVAL FOR ARCHITECTURE IN NORFOLK AND NORWICH (FANN2009)

The organisation of this event is continuing.

7. PRACTICE CARD

Still awaiting a revised draft.

8. CRAFSMANSHIP AWARDS

32 entries have been received. The supper will be held at Dunston Hall on 6^th July.

9. NORWICH LECTURE

This will be held on 24^th November with Keith Bradley of Feilden Clegg Bradley giving the Lecture.

10. TALL BUILDINGS

A discussion took place on Thursday 12^th April and the NAA are in the process of formulating a response.

11. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

Thursday 14^th May 2009 at the offices of LSI Architects LLP. 3.30 pm
