REPORT OF THE MEETING ON MONDAY 16^th April 2007

1. PRESENT

There were eight members present

2. ACCOUNTS

Income and Expenditure schedules were circulated. There has been little activity.

3. CRAFTSMANSHIP AWARDS

The dinner is on 23^rd April and todate 160 tickets have been sold.

4. AGM

Having been unable to contact Sunand Prasad, Nick Hills is in the process of contacting Deborah Saunt. The AGM has to be held before the end of June.

5. NORWICH LECTURE

Nick Hills is to approach Herzog and de Meuron to give the Norwich Lecture.

6. NORWICH AND NORFOLK FORUM

Michael Innes’ talk on City Hall will now take place on 22nd May at the Assembly Rooms.

7. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

The next meeting will be held on Monday 14^th May 2007 at the offices of LSI Architects LLP at 4.30 pm.
